Terms of Service

The terms for using Mintpak, collecting stamps, and receiving reward messages.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Using Mintpak

Mintpak is a product operated by TYJ Studio LLC, the provider of this service.

These terms govern your use of mintpak.app and its digital loyalty, rewards, and messaging features for local businesses, including cafés, hair salons, barbershops, and medspas. By using Mintpak, you agree to these terms. If you use Mintpak for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that business. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

You must be at least 13 to use Mintpak. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information and use only a mobile number you control or are authorized to use.

2. Accounts and responsible use

Keep your login details and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s loyalty card without permission, automate fraudulent visits, duplicate redemptions, interfere with the service, or send unlawful or unsolicited messages.

3. Loyalty cards and rewards

Participating businesses set and fulfill their own reward offers, including eligibility, required stamps, availability, expiration, and redemption rules. A stamp, code, or reward shown in Mintpak records progress on the card. The business decides whether to redeem, limit, substitute, or decline it, including when an item is unavailable, an offer has ended or changed, a limit applies, or the business believes the reward was not earned through genuine visits. Review the terms displayed with each offer and ask the issuing business about restrictions. Rewards have no cash value unless the issuing business expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires it.

Mintpak provides the technology for these programs and does not process your purchases at participating businesses. The issuing business is responsible for its goods, services, and reward fulfillment. Visit verification, daily limits, and fraud checks may apply. Demonstration cards and offers do not entitle you to real-world goods or services.

4. SMS messaging terms

Mintpak Verification: TYJ Studio LLC sends one-time Mintpak verification codes only when you request one. One message per request. These messages verify your mobile number for access to your loyalty card and do not enroll you in promotional messaging. Merchant promotional programs require a separate, optional consent choice and use the merchant’s registered sender.

Program: Mintpak supports verification codes, account and loyalty notifications, reward updates, and promotional offers for participating businesses. The signup flow and messages identify the applicable sender. Promotional messaging requires consent specific to that sender and program; agreeing to these terms alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts.

  • Frequency: message frequency varies based on your requests, loyalty activity, and the messaging program you join.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s normal rates and terms apply.
  • Consent: consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. You may decline promotional messaging. Providing a number for a verification code does not by itself authorize promotional messages.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message, after which that program will stop sending messages unless you opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP to the sending number or email support@mintpak.app for messaging assistance. For reward eligibility or redemption questions, contact the business issuing the reward.
  • Delivery: delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Number changes: unsubscribe before giving up a mobile number and provide an updated number when you choose to rejoin a messaging program.
  • Privacy: mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details, including service providers used to deliver messages.

5. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must provide accurate offer information, safeguard customer information, and use Mintpak only for lawful purposes. Merchants decide whether to redeem a reward. They may refuse, limit, substitute, or end an offer, including when they cannot reasonably fulfill it or believe it was not earned through genuine visits. A reward shown in Mintpak does not require the merchant to redeem it. Merchants are responsible for obtaining and documenting any required consent, identifying themselves in messages, honoring opt-outs, and completing applicable sender and campaign registrations before messaging customers.

Merchants must not use purchased contact lists or transfer messaging consent between businesses. A customer’s participation in one loyalty program does not authorize messages from another business.

6. Content and intellectual property

Mintpak and its design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not copy or misuse protected materials. Merchants retain ownership of content they provide and give Mintpak permission to host and display it as needed to operate their loyalty programs. Merchants must have the rights to the names, images, and other content they upload.

7. Availability and third-party services

We may update features, perform maintenance, or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Mintpak may link to third-party sites, including review platforms, which operate under their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Mintpak is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and ending use

You may stop using Mintpak at any time. To stop text messages, follow the opt-out instructions above. Stopping use does not automatically delete your records; see our Privacy Policy for privacy requests.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with an updated date. When required, we will give additional notice or request your agreement before material changes apply.
